While local pick up is preferred, contact us BEFORE you bid on something your not available to pick up per the requirements stated in the Auction and/or the terms and conditions and we can discuss shipping options, Obviously, shipping and handling is at the bidders expense, but give us a call.
IF YOU BID AND BECOME THE WINNING BIDDER, STATE LAWS CONSIDER IT A LEGAL BINDING CONTRACT. YES, A CONTRACT AND TO CHANGE YOUR MIND IS CONSIDERED A BREACH OF CONTRACT AND CREATES COURT CASES.
All sales are FINAL unless otherwise stated in a specific Auction listed and noted. American Auction cannot and will not guarantee any item(s) or good(s). All item(s) or good(s) are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS and we do not provide/issue any warranty. Please do your own DUE DILIGENCE and we recommend you do an inspection prior to bidding within our allotted time we offer. Please read the Auction details for every sale, as they may be different from others.
Yes !!! Shipping and handling charges are additional above the settlement amount if you are the winning bidder.
If the item(s) or good(s) you bought have not been picked up or you’ve given instructions for shipping within 48 hours, the item(s) are considered abandoned and become property of American Auction and will be Auctioned off in the following sale to cover the costs of handling of said item(s).
If your Credit Card is declined, you should contact American Auction (us) immediately to update your account with a different credit card or update that card’s information. Each new account created or updated (changed credit card) for bidders will be charged a one-time fee of $1.00 USD,(one dollar) in order to authorize the credit card upon registration.
